Terms of Service: Wondalands Bricks

Welcome to Wondalands Bricks. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, wondalandsbricks.ie, and the purchase of any products from our online store. By using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Conditions

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your county of residence (18+ in Ireland). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Accuracy of Product Information

We strive to ensure all brick sets, custom builds, and accessories are described accurately. However:

  • Colors: We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • Availability: All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time.

  • Pricing: We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If a "palpable error" occurs (e.g., a €200 set listed for €2), we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include Irish VAT at the prevailing rate (23% where applicable).

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location within the Republic of Ireland or internationally.

4. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directives, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, the brick sets must be unopened with all factory seals intact, box must be unopened.

  • Opened Goods: Due to the nature of construction toys (small parts/sorted bags), once a factory-sealed bag inside the box is opened, the product is no longer in its original condition and a deduction may be applied to your refund.

5. Faulty or Missing Parts

We stand by the quality of our bricks.

  • If a set is found to have missing pieces or manufacturing defects, please contact us at [support@wondalands.com] within 30 days.

  • We will provide a replacement part, a repair, or a full refund in accordance with the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act.

6. Delivery and Shipping

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within [3] business days.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will occur within 30 days of your order confirmation. If we cannot meet this deadline, we will notify you and offer a full refund.

7. Safety Warning

Choking Hazard: Our products contain small parts. They are not suitable for children under 3 years of age unless specifically stated on the packaging. Wondalands Bricks is not liable for misuse of products contrary to manufacturer age recommendations.

8. Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR)

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. We use your data solely to process your order and improve your experience, in full compliance with Irish Data Protection laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
