Shipping policy

1. Delivery Areas & Rates

We deliver to all 26 counties in the Republic of Ireland and across Northern Ireland.

2. Processing Times

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT) Monday–Friday are typically dispatched the same day.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your bricks' journey.

3. Courier Partners

We partner with An Post to ensure your sets arrive safely.

4. International Orders & Customs

EU Orders: No customs duties apply.
UK/Rest of World: Please note that since 2026 regulations, orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes once the parcel reaches your destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged:

Please take photos of the damaged outer packaging immediately.
Contact us at support@wondalands.com within 48 hours.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

7. Delivery Guarantee

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, we are committed to delivering your goods within 30 days. If we cannot meet this deadline, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund.
